I know it's Saturday, but I am linking up with Doodlebugs for Five for Friday.
It has been a crazy busy week, but super fun!!
It has been a crazy busy week, but super fun!!
On Monday we kicked off the week with a Dr Seuss celebration. Our fourth grade buddies came over to read and share some Seuss snacks with us! We started with a cute Cat and the Hat Glyph. Then when they were finished they went around the room to complete the Dr.Seuss QR codes.
So I have been testing out the StitchFix on and off for about a year. It has taken 4 or 5 times to get some things that I really like. I was super excited for my latest Stitch Fix because the previous one had been pretty good, but I was just carrying some extra lbs. (I have lost some of those so I was excited for something new.) I was pleasantly surprised when it came a few days early. However, when I opened the box I was a little disappointed. I had asked for some sassy fun tops for a girl's night out or a date with the hubby. Now I am 44, but I try to think I stay hip and current with fashion.
I got this gray and navy v-neck sweater that wasn't flattering to my body and this creme top with a pale choral and blue stripe. No shape either. SAD FACE. But I did love...
There were some cute black stretch pants with leather piping on sides and waistband, but too big.
Decided to join the Worksheet free Wednesday linky. My kids loved making giant sized clocks and teaching the class how to solve word problems.
We finished off the week with our Polar Cap Party! Parents came to check out students Penguin reports and videos! It was a huge hit. Every single student had a parent or more there. Parents were so proud and amazed at what their second grader had completed.
I haven't seen or heard "Happy Fri-yay" before...totally stealing it!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'm brave enough for something like Stitch Fix. Seems like a good gift idea for some fashionistas in my life.
Cheers,
